We respect your privacy. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have under the GDPR.

Who the data controller is

The controller is Nikola Kaurová, a self-employed sole trader (IČO 22306897) trading as three day sites. Full business details are in our Legal Notice. Privacy contact: contact@threedaysites.com.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this website, we process the information you give us:

• your name,
• your phone number,
• your email address,
• which service you are interested in,
• the content of your message.

If you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, we process your phone number and the content of that conversation.

Our hosting provider also automatically records standard technical access logs (IP address, browser type, time of request), used to operate and secure the site.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To communicate with you about your project. Legal basis: performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To keep the website running and secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. If we do work together, we keep your data for the duration of the contract and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax law requires (generally 10 years for tax documents).

Who we share it with

We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. We use the following processors:

• Web3Forms, to deliver form submissions to our inbox.
• Netlify, Inc., hosting for this website and technical access logs.
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact us there.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and does not track you across websites. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no similar tool.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have it erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise any of these, email contact@threedaysites.com. We respond within one month.

Complaints

If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
